Top Five things Parents Need to Know About the Lil Dippers Class:
* Children begin to learn independence by taking care of their belongings and classroom items.
* We emphasize respecting others by learning to communicate with others and to solve problems with words.
*By the end of the year, the children will begin pre-writing skills, naming the letters, and identifying numbers 1-10.
*We will practice our fine motor skills through proper pencil grip and using scissors.
*In January we will begin potty training. Children will learn the skills of dressing and undressing as they begin to learn all out using the potty successfully.
*Our circle time includes calendar, weather, songs, finger plays, stories, and Show and Share.
